Recurring transaction - transfer

When adding new recurring transaction, the type can be "Income" and "Bill". There should be another type: "Transfer", to transfer (recursively) money from an account to another.

This is now live in v1.5.3.

Thanks for the update! While setting up a recurring transaction, I noticed that when transferring from an on-budget account to an off-budget account, I should be able to (or required to) choose a category.

You're right, I overlooked that, will implement it so it mirrors the one off transfers you can create from transaction form.
