Save space on top of sidebar

When using multiple workspaces, it is a bit confusing that the Budget (smaller bucket) comes first on top of the sidebar, then the workspace (bigger bucket), and then manage workspace. I think it would be nice to have an order from bigger bucket to smaller from top to bottom:

## Workspaces title + Manage icon(+link) to the right maybe only the icon is enough to save space

- Workspace1
- Workspace2
- Workspace3 (active one dropped to the bottom and in bold)
- Budget 1
- Budget 2
- Budget 3
