Budgero v1.17.0: Inline transaction entry, category notes and more

Hi everyone, Budgero v1.17.0 is out, and most of it came straight from your requests here.

New

• Inline transaction entry (desktop): add transactions right in the register, YNAB style, including transfers between currencies and splits. Turn it on under Settings → Appearance → Add transactions. Mobile keeps the dialog.
• Category notes: write a note for any category in the budget side panel.
• Target balance goal: set a balance a category should reach, with no date or repeat.
• Duplicate transactions: select transactions and press Shift+D.
• Leave zero amounts empty: a new Appearance setting that shows empty amount fields instead of zeros.

Improved

• Undo now covers far more: creating and editing accounts, reconciliation, goals, category order, split edits, transfer deletion, recurring transactions, reports, dashboards, budget settings and preferences.
• Transfers: shorter memos, the other account shows in the payee column, Quick Add stays open for transfers, and saving a transfer no longer blocks the screen.
• Hungarian forint amounts show as Ft instead of HUF.
• The uncategorized badge on sidebar accounts now explains what it counts when you hover it.

Fixed

• PayPal accounts from bank sync can be linked to an existing account.
• Self-hosted bank sync accepts a DDNS hostname for SELF_HOST_PUBLIC_IP.

This release also updates the server's Go version and several dependencies for security fixes.
