Budgero v1.20.8 — fixes for new budgets

Fixes for new budgets: the first account is always created, and reloading during setup works.

Fixed

First account missing after setup. If you left the account name empty during setup, the account was not created. It is now created with its type as the name, such as "Checking".
Blank page when reloading setup. Reloading the page or opening a link during setup showed a blank page instead of the app.
Keyboard shortcut error. Some keyboard events, such as from autofill, could trigger an error in the shortcut handlers.
