Budgero v1.18.0: Keyboard navigation, compact rows, your own exchange rate and more

Hi everyone, Budgero v1.18.0 is out, and again most of it came straight from your requests here.

New

• Keyboard navigation in the register (desktop): ↑/↓ to move, Space to select, Shift+↑/↓ to extend the selection, Ctrl/⌘+A to select all, Delete to delete (with Undo), Esc to clear and Shift+N to add a transaction.
• Batch shortcuts: with rows selected, G changes the category, M moves them to another account and P sets the payee.
• Compact rows and order within a day: under Settings → Appearance, Row density fits more transactions on screen, and Order within a day can sort each day by amount, outflows first. Handy when clearing a busy day.
• Your own exchange rate: on a foreign-currency transaction, type the amount in your budget currency (say, after swapping cash at a rounded rate) and Budgero works out and saves the rate.
• Post now for recurring transactions: post one dated today instead of its due date.
• Sidebar totals: the On Budget and Off Budget headers show their totals.
• Quick reconcile: click the cleared balance in the Reconcile dialog to use it as the actual balance.
• Show password: an eye button on password and master password fields.
• New guides: Searching transactions, including amounts (over 50, under 20, =42.50), and Keyboard shortcuts.

Improved

• The first time you add a future-dated or recurring transaction in a budget, a short guide shows where to find it.
• The budget rate editor accepts calculator expressions like 9428.45 / 79.34 and no longer overflows.
• Tab moves through every field of the Add Transaction dialog, reconciled transactions show a filled lock, workspace settings sit behind a gear icon and other workspaces are collapsed.

Fixed

• After switching budgets, adding a transaction could show the previous budget's categories.
• Signing in on a new device could show onboarding instead of asking for the master password.
• Appearance settings could reset to their defaults after a reload.
• The cleared balance no longer jumps after adding an uncleared transaction, and the empty-workspace screen shows which workspace you're in.
